This class will focus on learning American History through the eyes of the American Girl Doll stories. We will begin with the founding of Jamestown and end at the Civil War using Kaya, Felicity, Caroline, Josefina, Kirsten, and Addy’s stories. The entire year will encompass roughly the years 1607-1865. Each class will be filled with lectures, pictures, short videos (when appropriate), class discussion and work on a lapbook (one per character.) A hands-on craft will also be incorporated as it relates to each character and time period.

All classes are full year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
