In this Culinary Science course, students will gain knowledge in safe food handling, the proper use of kitchen tools, which will include the safe handling of knives, and will learn to prepare recipes that will inspire creativity in their own receipe development.
All classes are full year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
