Our social studies curriculum is designed with young learners in mind! Students will be encouraged to think “outside the box” and prove their ideas through hands-on and engaging learning experiences.

We will explore and engage in lessons all about our American history and the development of this country. This class will cover the American Revolution and the early 13 colonies. We will discuss the Westward Expansion, how America was involved in all the different wars, Reconstruction, the civil rights movement, and everything in-between leading up to present day. We will continue to learn about the communities in which we live, historical and political leaders, how to read and understand maps, and how our government works. In studying the past, students will gain an appreciation for America and a better understanding of what it means to be an American!

This class is full of great beginning topics to get your learners excited about history and learning how things work in our communities, country, and even the world. We will work on fun projects and play fun games together; learning history has never been so fun!!

All classes are full-year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
