Day & Time: Monday 11:00-12:00
Mentor: Angie Gardner
Happiness Habits are simple practices to increase well-being.
We will explore the roots of a happy and meaningful life through science and practice. Students will engage with practical lessons from the latest research and apply them to their own lives. We will explore happiness exercises, reading materials, videos, and podcast episodes of "the Science of Happiness."
Students will keep a "Happy Place Book" with journal writings and reflections on course material.
Join me as we explore and practice habits of happiness:
Happy people make more money and life longer, healthier lives. Developing this skill now will help you succeed throughout life.
All class materials will be provided through Google Classroom.
All classes are full year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
