Embark on an exhilarating journey of Mindful Movement Adventures designed specifically for fifth and sixth graders! Led by experienced instructors, students will explore a dynamic blend of movement styles, including yoga-inspired poses, expressive dance, and engaging games, fostering confidence, grace, and physical skills like strength and flexibility.

Beyond the physical, students will dive into mindfulness practices tailored for their age group, learning techniques to calm their minds, focus their attention, and navigate life's challenges with resilience and ease. This class is a holistic approach to nurturing the whole child – body, mind, and heart – empowering them to thrive both in school and in life with joy and confidence!


All classes are full-year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for the Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
