Get ready to move! We'll use games and mindful movement to develop physical, social, mental, and emotional skills in a playful environment. This will help strengthen our bodies and bring greater awareness to ourselves and those around us.
We will be using gross and fine motor skills in group games and individual games. Yoga and mindfulness will be used for wellness from the inside out.
All classes are full-year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
