Did you know that strength training not only makes you stronger, but benefits your heart, improves your balance, strengthens your bones, and makes you look and feel better? Students in this class will learn free weight and body weight exercises to build strength, endurance, and cardio fitness. Come prepared to break a sweat!
Required materials: Students need a set of dumbbells and should be dressed appropriately for working out.
