In this fun and energetic class the students will be exercising while playing games that will involve the use of items such as hula hoops, jump ropes, balls, mini beanbags, pool noodles and more. Many of the games played will encourage team building, basic coordination and sportsmanship. We will also spend time stretching and doing some yoga and/or meditation.
