Get ready to move! We'll develop physical and social skills in a playful environment with games and mindful movement to strengthen the body, and bring greater awareness to ourselves and those around us. Our body health is physical, mental, and emotional! This class will touch on all three aspects of wellness as we learn and move together. We will work on gross motor skills, learn about how our bodies are built, and focus on how we feel as we move, incorporating mindful wellness from the inside out.
All classes are full year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
