Join us as we dive deep into the world of Animals!
This Zoology course gives students an introduction to the field of zoology. Students will study the building blocks of life, including cells, tissue, and organ systems, the evolution of living things; ecology, protists, and animals, adaptations, animal anatomy, and body systems; behavior and reproduction; and the chemical basis of life.
We will study different animals and all that encompasses them each week; this class will be heavy on class participation/discussion as well as fun projects to go along with what we are learning.
Our goal is to complete the Labs for High School requirements.
All classes are full-year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
