Art Exploration

This class introduces students to foundational art concepts including color, shape, line, and texture. Students will explore a variety of mediums such as painting, drawing, collage, and simple sculpture. Instruction will include safe and confident use of art tools while creating projects inspired by stories and world cultures.
 
Outcomes:
By the end of the course, students will develop basic art skills, gain confidence using different materials, and strengthen their creativity and self-expression. Students are expected to participate actively, follow directions, and explore new ideas through hands-on art-making.
 
Class Activities:
Painting, drawing, collage work, simple sculpture projects, and guided creative activities inspired by stories and cultures.
 
Materials:
All materials will be provided.

All classes are full-year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for the Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
