This website is owned and operated by Love of Learning.  These Terms set forth obligations applicable to parents and students attending in person and online classes organized by Love of Learning.  By accessing or using the Love of Learning website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


Please read these terms of use carefully before using this site, enrolling, and attending classes.  By using this site and/or enrolling in classes, you agree to these terms of use.  If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this site and/or enroll in classes.

1. Your Acceptance

By using and/or visiting this website (collectively, including all content and functionality available through the domain name, the "Love of Learning Website", or "Website") and/or attend classes, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.  You give permission for your child to participate in the activities and classes provided at Love of Learning,


If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use Love of Learning's Website and/or enroll in classes.

Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version at  Love of Learning may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.  Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.


2. Registration and Enrollment

All registration and enrollment must be completed via our website's checkout process.  You are not registered and/or enrolled unless you receive a confirmation email and invoice from Love of Learning.

3. General

The classes at Love of Learning are academic, enrichment, and supplemental classes and in no way constitute a complete academic curriculum. You agree it is your responsibility to ensure your child is completing coursework and hitting state standards. You are responsible for collecting and providing samples for your charter school teacher.

Your student will behave honorably at Love of Learning.  You agree to speak to your child about being respectful towards self, others, mentors, and the Love of Learning Community; ensuring they will not harm, discriminate, harass, or otherwise disturb another's ability to learn.  

You will help solve classroom behavior concerns for first time; will pick up student for second time; and understand your student may be dropped for ongoing behavior concerns; tuition for the semester will not be refunded.

Love of Learning is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Fees Payment


Registration Fee payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This is a one-time per academic year fee payable for each student who enrolls in one or more of our classes.  Registration fee will not exceed $100 per immediate family.

Enrollment Fees for each semester must be paid at time of first class each semester.  Unless charter school funds are used; in which case, certificates, vouchers, and purchase orders must be received at the time of the first class each semester.

The parent/guardian is financially responsible for all classes a student is enrolled in at Love of Learning and it is their responsibility to ensure Love of Learning has the proper documentation to bill your charter school.


Late Pick up Fee is charged if more than 5 minutes late from student's class end time.  Fee of $1 per minute per student until picked up will be charged.


A student may attend the first two sessions of a class they are enrolled in to see if it is a good fit; if they choose to cancel the class on or before the end of the business day of the second session, they are responsible to pay a one month tuition fee for the class; if parent/student cancels a class after that time, the parent/guardian is responsible for the full semester tuition. 


All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to: on or before the end of the business day of the second session of the semester. List the student name and class you wish to cancel.


Full tuition is collected for all classes and includes any classes transitioned to distance/online learning due to government orders.


All classes are year long classes, unless otherwise described in the class description.  Fees listed for classes are per semester.  Once a student is enrolled in a Fall class, they will automatically be enrolled in the same class for the Spring Semester so they do not lose their space in the class.

There are no refunds for absences.


Center reserves the right to refuse attendance if payment is not received by the due date.

5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to:  List the student name and class you wish to cancel.


A student has two classes to cancel a class, at which point one month tuition be charged for the class; if student cancels a class after that time, the parent/guardian is responsible for the full semester tuition.

If class does not receive a minimum number of registrations, Love of Learning reserves the right to cancel the class.  There is no charge for classes cancelled by Love of Learning.

6. Photo Release


You hereby grant permission to Love of Learning and its authorized representatives to use photographs and/or videos of you and/or your child. You further agree any or all of the material photographed and/or recorded are property of Love of Learning and may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, news releases, social media, online, advertising, and in other communications related to the mission of Love of Learning, and further such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

7. Personal Injury Waiver Parental Authorization & Waiver/Release of Liability:

You certify your child is physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate in the Activities in which they choose to participate.


In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activities, You hereby voluntarily release Love of Learning, Fearless Learning Center L.L.C., from any and all liability resulting from or arising out of my child's participation.


You understand and agree You are releasing not only the entities set forth above, but also the officers, agents, and employees of those entities. You understand and agree this Waiver/Release will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action You, or your child, may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by you or your child, arising out of participation in the Activities.

You understand and agree by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, You are agreeing to this Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability,


You are assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or personal injury or property damage suffered by you, family members, and/or your minor child(ren) while participating in any and all chosen activities sanctioned by Love of Learning and its affiliates.


You are agreeing to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Love of Learning and their officers, agents, independent contractors and employees from any and all liability or costs, including attorney fees, associated with or arising from participation in Love of Learning activities and classes. You understand this Waiver/Release of Liability will be binding on you, your spouse, your heirs, your personal representatives, your assigns, your children, and any guardian ad litem for said children.

You agree you have read these Terms & Conditions, Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability and understand the words and language in it.
