Mindful Movement


This class focuses on helping students move their bodies in a thoughtful and intentional way. Students will explore both calming and energizing forms of movement, including yoga, stretching, breathwork, and light cardio activities. With guided instruction, they will learn how to slow down, focus, and be present in their bodies.

 

Outcomes:
By the end of the course, students will develop greater body awareness, learn tools for managing stress, and build healthy movement habits they can use in daily life. Students are expected to participate actively, follow guided instruction, and engage respectfully in all activities.

 

Class Activities:
Guided movement activities, yoga, stretching routines, breathwork exercises, and light cardio.

 

Materials:
All materials will be provided. Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.


All classes are full-year classes. Students enrolled in a Fall Semester class will automatically enroll for the Spring Semester in December to ensure their place in the class. Pricing is per semester.
